About Match Summary

The Match Summary page shows detailed performance statistics for each player in a selected match.

Runs Above Average (RAA) measures how a player performed relative to what an average player would have achieved in the same match situation.

Positive RAA values indicate above-average performance; negative values indicate below-average performance.

The Innings Charts show two views of each team's batting innings:

• Predicted Score — the model's projected final score at the end of each over, based on the actual score and wickets at that point.
• Runs Above Average — each batter's and bowler's RAA contribution for each over. Blue bars = batting RAA; amber bars = bowling RAA. Positive bowling RAA means the bowler restricted the batting team below the expected average.

The matrix scorecard breaks down each player's batting or bowling Runs Above Average as match up against the other team.

Scroll to the bottom of the page to see the Top Batter, Top Bowler and Top Player in each match using Runs Above Average as the measure. How does this compare with the officially announced player of the match?
